A favourite Zebra on April 4, 2020 and a word or two on TGLF.ca

One half of a colourful Zebra
It's April 4, 2020 and I'm at the MacAir looking for inspiration. I thought I'd start with my photograph of a piece of art I admire for its depth of colour; its focus on  one eye that appears to know more than the average Zebra who likes his uniqueness; its cropping to include 48% of the animal; and the artistic grading of its primary colours: black, white, red, yellow and very subtle gradation around the eye and nose. In hindsight I wish I had purchased this piece but at the time in Zanzibar, Tanzania we only had American Dollars and couldn't make change to fit the price. I can see this painting on my wall in the den someday, but all I can do now is go to the photo lab and have a large blow up made, and frame it. And then there is the matter of being 'denless' at this time as well. That's another story for another post that may or may not come to fruition.

Dear Readers, you may know that the writer has another website that was started twelve years ago. You may also know that it contains hundreds of hours of painstaking effort and joy to create and maintain. Unfortunately when the writer was physically and mentally ill he abandoned that enterprise for 36 months, but more importantly he didn't pay the very small fee to keep the site on line. Consequently, the contents of the site are somewhere in 'The Cloud' so to speak, and no one to date has been able to fetch it. But happily the writer's health improved and the idea to start up another site began to jell. It was ascertained that no one had bought and paid for the name of his former site, so we jumped on it, Greg McDonald and the writer set up the Blogger site right in Shawinigan on July 23, 2018 and the writer began adding posts. There are sixty-four posts on it now. If we can locate the original posts that the writer carelessly walked away from, everyone would spill joy like a popped Champagne bottle. Please take a peak at this current site called:
